Is it possible to change ones mood against other empires, or is it only the AI that can do that?

'Tis not possible. Only AI and your minister if you let him take over can do this. Personally I would reallly like to see the ability to do this in the next patch.

That would be so-called "cosmetic change" but it is something minor thingy i've been wanting for a long time. Anyway the politics window has a lot of free space...

Yeah, it does seem like good idea to be able to change your mood.

I like this idea. Sometimes when you're playing a friendly race that just happens to have anger files that are skewed towards "Murderous"...the displayed mood can be a little bothersome.

"Sir! We've been at peace for 10 years now, and they still hate our guts!"
