ROFL.

Allright, I will submit to the will of the forum as communicated by the results of this poll. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon7.gif

How long are you gonna take votes for?

I, for one, would like the result to come out as I don't care.

... I can see the eye in my sleep...

Hi! I prefer the moving eye. It's more fun and intimidating that way, this eyeball looking you up and down. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon10.gif

GEO IS WATCHING YOU... http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/shock.gif

I think the unmoving eye always seems to be looking at you. It doesn't need to move, because it sees all, knows all, it pierces stone and flesh....it is the One Eye!!

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH!!!!

The eye is evil. Have you never heard of Medusa? Gaze upon it and feel no more! http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/tongue.gif

The eye is intimidating, I dread when that eye looks my way. For I am afraid I may have done something wrong. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon10.gif

A blinking eye is what I had in mind when I made my original Version of the animated avatar. I am not very good though with the art stuff and counldn't manage it though. So I settled for just having it move around.

I gotta capture some Tweek frames from South Park and make an animated avatar. Too many cool avatars around for me to still be using this old one -- I didn't even mask out the background completely

There was something about the moving eye that this one is missing, I think.

Remind me who Mr. Flibble is?
I thought I had seen all the Red Dwarf eppisodes but now I'm not sure.

Moving eye reminds me of the saying that Geo Watches You!
(hey geo, there's a song for you - Eyes of Truth by Enigma, maybe rework it into Eye of Geo and put it into your sig? what? ok, im shutting up and pressing the add reply button)

What do you mean it's not moving anymore?!? Sure it is... I mean... you all see it, don't you?

Don't you?!?

I moved to both sides of the room and that bLasted thing continues to vex me!

Next thing you all will tell me is that you don't hear the "beating heart" .wav attached to Geo's avatar.

I mean... you all hear it, don't you...

No, keep the static eye. The other one creeped me out too much. Sometimes I would stare at it waiting for it to blink, but you know what...it never did.

Geo's new eye is really scary-looking!
I think this new one is the best, even though it's not animated.
(If it were animated, it would be just TOO scary!)

Aaaaaaargh...
*Rollo runs away and hides behind a keg of mead*

Geo's new eye to totally creeps me out http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/shock.gif .

Please return to the 'your friendly neibourhood' admin eye and scrap this 'eye form the pits of hell'.

Rollo *still scared and reluctant to visit the forums...

This is most definitely a disturbing eye. It remind me of that movie Virus, the way the computer kept using some organic parts....Yuck!!!

Geo, you're getting closer to using the LOTR movie eye for your own. And revealing a truly EEEEEVVVIIIILLL side!

Eeeeeeeeeeeexxcellent!!!

For those poor persons presently plagued by puppet penguin paranoia...

Mr Flibble was originally created for the Red Dwarf episode "Quarantine", as a horrible holographic hand puppet with highly harmful Hex vision.

He seems to have been adopted by the Linux community (or Linux haters, not sure which) in mockery of Tux, the official Linux mascot.

Did anyone ever get Red Dwarf Smegazine? It used to have a cool comic strip about Mr Flibble, the one where he stuffs the ever-happy Kookie Kola bear's head up his own arse using a bazooka as a ramrod being my personal favourite...

Hang on, some of this might qualify as...useful information...

*A trapdoor opens beneath 'scoff's feet.
NOOOO000oooooo..... oh... wrong thread. Sorry.

EDIT: Alliterative alterations.

Surely the God of Avatars David Gervais can come up with the 'evil' Geo eye that also moves???

P.S. Has anyone else noticed that Kamog is the ONLY one that has his Avatar highlghted in the top RIGHT corner??? Clearly he is David Gervais's top commander in some diabolical plot to take over the world!!
