if you are asking how to participate on the forum in general, there is not much to it.

if you have a question, or area of interest, or suggestion, or any kind of comment on the game or related topics, just start a thread and let people know what you have to say. Otherwise, find some other thread or post that someone has made, that you have an interest in, and respond with your own comments or opinions.
