Race Style Minister or not?

In the game setup for the AI you can select
a button for the minister for that race or above
there's a three way choice of agressive, neutral
or defensive.

Which of these two choice is the best?

"Use style from race" is superior, especially if the race has a racial tech; the Default_AI files never research racial techs.

Otherwise, which is "best" depends on how you're planning to play the race. Many people don't trust the ministers to do anything right; that setting doesn't matter if you never use ministers.
