How to create a Sphereworld

Can someone explain how to do this?

Search the forum for more details but basically its this:

1. Research Stellar Manipulation to get "Calbles", "Plating", and "Generator"

2. Design StarBase(s) w/ Generators, Plating & Cables.

3. Build Space Yard Ships and park 'em over a star.

4. Build 1 Generator, 5 Plating & 5 Cable bases in same sector as star for Ringworld (1 Gen, 10 Plates & 10 Cables for SphereWorld)

5. Stellar Manip to generate constructed planet.
