Please forgive me if these have been answered--I could not find the answers anywhere.

1) Do religious shrines help allies (e.g., other races with whom I have a partnership)?

2) Will the nature shrine improvements to a planet Last if I then give the planet to an ally?

3) Can I give a planet with a shrine to an ally?

Thanks in advance,
Merry http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon7.gif

Shrines only affect the owner of the shrine.
Facilities are NEVER disabled due to lack of tech.
The owner may not be able to replicate the facility, but they can still use it to its full extent.

Value and conditions changes are permanent.
Just because the environmentalists leave, dosen't mean the trees were never planted! http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon12.gif

Thanks! That is very helpful. I assume same goes for other facilities, e.g., facilities that change happiness result in happy people who remain happy even if planet is given to another race...?
