OT - techy advice needed

I am playing with my new computer trying to instal Medal of Honour, and I get this message when I try and run the game that says "Located Debugger, unload debugger".

I think this is some something from Windows XP, what on earth do I do?

Do ctrl-alt-delete and check for something that starts with "ms". There is a ms debugger that is sometimes run but i do not recall the name. If you find such a name in the process list, just end it. And then try again.
