Introduction to the Ladder

The ladder theory is a theory of adult male/female interaction. It has its basis in many years of sociological field testing. it was first conceptualized in 1994 in Exeter, CA. My acknowledgements to Jared Whitson for his role in formalizing the theory.

We've all seen the ladder theory before. Well most of us that's been around this forum for awhile. The newcomers I'm sure will appreciate it. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon7.gif
I think it was in the "Advise" thread that it was posted and talked about. Read through there, you'll see some pretty funny conversations going on.

I never said no one would discuss this with you Aloofi, I just merely stated that many of us has seen it. But that was at least 4 or 5 months ago. Since then we have many new ones to the forums so you have plenty of people to discuss it with. Not to mention that I'm sure others that participated in the other discussion in the past will talk about it some more. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon7.gif

You want me to deconstruct the whole thing and psycho analyze it...? (Critical thinker extra-ordinaire here!) The theory (crudely) puts forth a standard operating procedure for most inter-gender relationships... it is too simplistic for my tastes, but I know that many guys probably operate on this system. He is missing the need for commitment though (it is more than just a societal expectation, as raising children is very difficult, and we are psycho and biologically wired to desire commitment to ensure our genome's success).

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">Yeah, I thought that too.
But from the point of view of relations I found it very accurate.

hmmm, I'm not rich and don't have the looks of Tom Cruise. All I got going for me is my sense of humor, I guess the 'ladder theory' explains why my humor leans towards the sarcastic!
