i don't have se gold, or enough time right now for multi-player, but just how much diplomatic doublespeak is considered acceptable in se? i tend to stick by my alliances, but i'd like a head's up on the playing field, so to speak. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon7.gif

In a game with role playing, you'll probably find better treaty adherence. I suspect the typical Last-man-standing game is pretty cut-throat.

If the game has an allied victory option you'll of course stand a much better chance of honouring alliances.
