revised Nloam shipset

I've added a general.txt file, a design name file, and resized all the pictures. It was impossible to make a difference between the ships in the original Version, because they all had the same size.

If anyone knows how to contact the author, Shane Watson, just let me know.

Aha, a new strategy: Paint hypnotic patterns on you ship so as to cause all enemies to surrender on sight. Devious.

Very cool ships, and i really like the portrait too!
