Geo, Yes thanks for the work you put in setting up the game.
I have to ask if it was random or did you tweak the map to the system "Steve is Bad Enough" is the ugliest, "looks like an anus" and most hostile system in the quadrant. The system moves ships 4 spaces and has a crushing center.
It was probably random as I doubt you keep track of real names.
My real name is, Steve Gooodenough

Hehe, the map was random. I tweaked some of the warp points to make the placments as fair as I could, but I didn't change any system names. I did do a little planetary graphitti though. Neither of you has mentioned if you noticed it.

Geoschmo<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">Planetary grafitti? Guess the subtleness is lost on me. But, the map is set out good, IMO. A bit stringy for my taste but I'll be building my own warplines some century ( http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon12.gif ).
There IS a weirdly-named system with weird characters. Not sure where that came from.

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">Gotta laugh here since one of my colony ships nearly got sucked down "Steve is Bad Enough's" "anus"!

Hmm, so instead of geo's concern about:
“go into Slynky's Black Hole”
you have gone where?

There's two, and you don't have to look far. They are in your home system's. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon10.gif

Haven't spent too much time looking at all the planets. Out of place?
Wonder what that means.

Weird...
When I click "quote" to reply, it shows "<hint hint>" but "<hint hint>" doesn't show in the original message after posted.

Now, if you had REALLY been clever, you could have put a better clue inside those kinds of brackets so that anyone clicking "Quote" could have seen it but not otherwise....could have been REALLLL sneaky... http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon12.gif

Just use "& gt" (>), and "& lt" (<) without the spaces

Just a note to say thanks for introducing me to "Tha Gryph". Having lots of phun with him in the game we settled on. He's witty and humorous. Shared a few emails to each other, too. Seems we are both old codgers with young women with us.
