Check out the race pic and dreadnought I have over in the scenario/mod forum (it's under AI Races and Shipsets, of course )
I'm surprised no one's done a Vogon set yet, though...
Any comments so far?

Big yellow brick, that's about right. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon7.gif
Be sure to outfit them with the Vogon Poetry Projector. Details can be had here (http://galileo.spaceports.com/~woundwrt/Arms.html). http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon12.gif

Yeah, I based it off what I could remember of the Vogon ship in the Hitchhiker's movie (yes, there WAS a movie... or maybe it was a TV miniseries)... except I remember the ship being yellow, not green, but I couldn't figure out how they got the hazard stripes on the side without the yellow in the stripes blending with the yellow in the hull so I just made the thing green, which looks pretty nice too http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon12.gif
edit: OK, I went ahead and looked up "vogon constructor ship" on Google Image Search and here's what I found:
http://www.sadgeezer.com/hhg/vogons.htm
Looks like I didn't quite get it right, the hull is tapered in back and on the sides like an oceangoing vessel, and there is a tall conning tower... hmm, should I redo the ship with that in mind, or does anyone prefer my interpretation??? or, I could do that ship as well, and make this one, say, a carrier... but I had something else in mind for the carriers (basically my ship with flight decks on either side and no guns)...
