Breathable atmosphere question

Is there any way to create a race that can't breathe any of the atmospheres in the game? (to include the 'None' atmosphere type)

In other words, they would have no green planets available to them.

Don't think so. But you could change the Quadrant so that there were no Oxygen planets, for example, and make your race breathe Oxygen.
