ISP problems. I couldn't even get to the net there for a while myself. Should be ok now.
I turned off the automatic turn processing so you all can get your turns in. Hopefully noone missed their turn before I noticed tehre was a problem. If you did talk to your game owner about getting the turn reset.

Grandpa, it doesn't look like the turn upoloaded. The Last thing I see for that game was the turn running 45 minutes ago.
The site is back up. Let me know if any of you are still having problems. I think it's running faster now.

I'm not having any problems with PBW. With Swen.A ravaging the net, it may be that your path to PBW is being overloaded. I've been having periodic slow downs to various sites for the Last week or more.

Just to let everyone know, and I will be repeating it again over the next few days, I am moving. Only a few miles, and my DSL connection is going to the new place, but PBW will be down for a couple days for the move sometime between the 17th and the end of the month.

Just checked PBW for the heck of it, and sure enough, a turn was ready (yours, Geo). Just to let you know, there's been a bit of sporadic mailing problems lately...I know some problems exist from time to time but in the Last few days, I've not gotten some and gotten others (and then hours later, gotten the ones that didn't come when they should have). Usually, my mail delivery is very reliable.

Also having problems to load the SEIV page. Thought it was down, but it just displayed, I had it in the other window. Veeeerrrryyyy slow loading. About 10 mins for the whole page.

About an hour ago I could connect to it and read a message (yes! a new message on the home page of the pbw server! A miracle!) that the server would not move this weekend, although Geo wanted to set all games to ALPU in case something weird happend while he was away and not being able to fix it.
Now I too cannot connect, let us hope that there has been no major crash - anything bad can happen when moving...

Well, he said it would probably be up till the end of the month, so unless something came along and changed that (seems like a slim chance), I'd have to say it just went down (for some reason) on its own and he hasn't noticed.

I am currently working 14hrs / 7 days a week for at least the next 2 weeks. I will *try* to get my turns in on time, but if I don't, please cut me a little slack. The end of this year will be a busy time for me.

I can not even begin to explain to you all the utter hell I went through when I switched from basic cable to digital cable. I kept getting billed for both. My neighbor moved in next door a year ago from just down the road and has been fighting Comcast ever since about getting service to his new home. They keep turn on the cable at his old house and the low life trailer trash that is currently living there are just loving the free cable they get.

I may have in fact kicked the wire out on my way out the door. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon7.gif The server is still at the old house and should be working. I don't think I can get over there tonight but should be able to in the morning and find out what's going on.

Ok, PBW should be back up now. Still at the old place. There is going to be some down time when the actual DSL move occurs. Maybe just hours, but maybe days. This will not happen for at least a couple weeks they are telling me.

Ah, I think i know what it wrong. I can't fix it right this moment, but should be able to this evening. The server is up and running, but auto turns are off, so noone need worry about it running your turn without you.
I believe if you email a turn it will process it normally. If somone can confirm this for me I'd appreciate it. When you send your turns by email it should notify you that it recieved the turn.

Yes, email processing seems to be working normally. I uploaded a couple of turns and received answering Messages back from PBW. Thanks!!
On the down side, I'm also covering for a friend's turns, and I've been doing that by uploading the turns to the site. Guess that will have to wait a bit longer. At least the turn won't process without the turn!

Uploading of turns via email is working correctly.
My wife, Princess Xanthea just sent her Pairs turn via email and received the "[SEIV PBW] E-mailed turn processed" email.
