Civ 4 does it decently. They make a list of things that the AI likes (tributes, you beating up on his enemies, time allied) and things it dislikes (being nuked, bad demands, being allied with his...

utorrent doesn't even really install. Just tell it NO when it asks to if you want to associate it with torrents.

That said, if you don't have admin I wouldn't be using torrents without getting...

heh, if you've got the horsepower (and a spare 98 or XP disc) for it you could always run SE5 in a Virtual Machine.

The stars are only too large if you have a fixed scale in mind for the hexes. Though I agree the current size would be best left to very large stars.

MOO3 at one point had a mail in rebate that was larger than the actual cost to purchase it.

As for SE5, I'd recommend it at this point. Try the demo first, though. Ignore the bugs, just focus on...

As of the last time I tried it (~1.30?), any ship that gets negative movement becomes extremely quick instead.

That is, the movement value wraps from 0 to the highest possible positive movement...

In SEIV, the game owner could change the password. I haven't tried with V yet, so I don't know if the option is still there.
