PBEM Question

Are there any issues when one player has the CD version and the other doesn't, if both versions are patched to the same version number? I know you have to use a low slot number, but any other issues...

How does this work? I couldn't find anything in the manual about it. I seem to remember that in SP2, artillery tubes not engaged in a fire mission fired counter-battery salvos.

It did indeed happen when I sent the file to the other player. After he told me, I tried it myself and then discovered the problem.

I really think it is map size related, but I guess I could be...

I've got WinSPMBT 2.51. I'd like to get my feet wet with a PBEM game. I'd like to play a smaller meeting engagement type battle, maybe 10-12 turns.

I think I could stick to a 1 turn / day...
