Ammo carriers are also real good for getting added value out of rocket batteries as well; at least until some woe begotten enemy FOO realises where they are and gets the ammo carrier and a couple of...

actually; depends on the aircraft to a degree; a Storch takes less damage that a spitfire ect.

With the pinned/retreat/withdraw issue I believe the line of thought is that take cover is drop into the nearest ditch, hole, or duck behind a rock.

Retreat is one stage short of run for your life...

It makes sense and I agree with your point that units sometimes take more fire and casulties than you would like before fleeing.

I suspect that pinned means exactly that, the unit is pinned and...

In the Manual at the end is a section on CD version enhanced features (or something of that sort) and there is an explaination in there.

Filter does not work on the download...

Why don't RAF aircraft spot better than others as the RAF looked very hard and trained colour blind people for recon work because they weren't...

As I understand it many US marine snipers where using a variety of private target and hunting rifles through and after the war because they where either the weapon they knew or else they (the sniper)...

And if you look at the British OOB you'll find the same thing when you compare the Lee Enfield .303 and the Thompson gun. I think that you might find the rate of fire comes into the calculation at...

I assign a spotter plane a mission with an entry and exit designed to avoid the nasty flak; mission completes; fine. I assign a second mission and the same...
