Just fired up a game to see the new "goodies" (light/heavy armor etc.) with all tech points enabled.

Noticed in ship sizes that the freighters (at lvl 3) were at 400 / 700 / 1000...

Maybe i havenīt seen it, but if i remember correct one could lookup older logfiles ingame in se3 (exact disaster, ships lost etc.)

Add a new mount type(say shotgun mount, same stats as large mount, up from 400 kt etc.)
you can either build a large caliber
gun (large etc.) doing more damage on cap

How about some smart bombs against
defenders.
Make them expansive (like todays precision
guided munitions vs iron bombs), but will only target military targets(maybe different
for various targets...
