Did you check to see if your Total production had increased. Some of the system wide resource enhancers do not show the increase on the actual planets, but do show the increase in the total empire...

I have seen seveal comments in the threads about the MEE, or "going" mee.

It seems this is a game score threshhold, which when a player goes above, resets the AI players to "hate" the MEE empire?...

May I suggest a workaround? to prevent the "cancellation" affect of identical trase offers, throw in a basic tech that everyone has - like duc 1. Then your offer won't be identical, and perhaps it...
