Maybe, instead of waiting for the 100% dream solution, just use some quick'n'dirty upload script (like before).

hmm,

but you don't need fractions...a ship with 5 mp can just go 3 sq diagonal, a ship with 9 mp can just go 6 sq diagonal.

And the computer is..able to handle the internal use of fractions.....

The change would be quite easy, simply all diagonal moves just cost 1.5 mp...what is the difficulty here?

Wouldn't it be more realistic, if ships pay 1.5 movement points (instead of 1) when moving diagonal?

It looks very strange if 2 enemy ships are roughly the same distance away from your ship and...

Setup Question

I just installed the TDM-Mod Pack.

I like it to hand pick the enemy races, so my question is: when using the "Add existing race" button to load a race, then editing it to switch on computer...

Hmm,

this is a game killer...it means no fighters, sats, etc. in the game!

In this case Malfador should do an URGENT HOTFIX! Before releasing the next mega-patch!

I just tested a new fighter design in the simulator against another fighter (one-on-one). Everything went fine, and all hit probabilities were displayed...

The negative value for the to hit-decrease ability does not work. I tested it. Negative numbers are not accepted, so just set it to zero.
I mailed Malfador to add the ability for an increased hit...

Problem with Tech Cost

There seems to be a bug with the "Technology Cost" settings during the game setup phase.

I tested it with Propulsion technology.
When setting the Cost to low, it costs 15000 RP to go from Tech...
