The error when a new empire was made fvrom a revolt would do that. Hopefully that will solve most of the lock ups.

Odd bug, game hangs on processing all players turns.

Its odd in the fact that it always happens after a new empire rises up. On turn 2409.9 I have 9 empires in the game and it ends turn fine, on...

in the components.txt if I change the amount to just [%level%] it gives me a rate of 28 when it should be 5. What could cause that?

I've just encounted a strange bug, all ground forces are invunurable, both mine and the comps.

On the plus side there's been a huge performance increase in ground combat for me from the demo,...

The patch is on steam.

Why does it say that it breaks save games when the patch doesnt break non-steam version save games?

Edit : Seems to load 1.0 games fine, maybe they are just covering...

Modelling and texturing a primitive 3D model is about as time consuming as making 8 different 2D pictures for a ship.

I know of a bug where intelligence spent on a race whens its wiped out goes with the race.

So possibly any intelligence committed against the player stays with the player when a race is wiped out...

Why wouldn't it be? we can have multiple games spanning more than 100 turns in total, cheat to see all the tech, why be stuck at 100 turns?

I do. Started at 2400 goto to 2409.9, changed starting date to 2409.8, still get the limit.

Safe memory mode fixed my 20-30 second mouse lag in window mode.

Any new engangement could always be centered around the defender, with the attackers at a set distance? The map is semi dynamic size wise so it could be possible.
