My daughter needs a laptop for graduate school. A friend of her's recommended a Dell Inspiron (9300 I think). My girls have had Sony's in the past and they were awful. Any suggestions or comments?...

Does a retrofitted ship keep the strategy of the original ship or take the strategy of the "new" model?

This is really bad for me in one PBW game I'm playing. I just scrapped a bunch of facilities to cover some shortages. I guess the program will just abandon more of my ships. Oh well, all was lost...
