Just after installing the 3.26 patch and CBM 1.71, and starting a new game, I found myself unable to recruit indy units other than those...

Probably not worth it. We both took another look at it (NB this was a very big battle), and a lot of the weirdness can be explained: so many BF spells fired not all the pentagrams could be displayed,...

I read Tolkien, Gemmell, Vance and Wolfe when I was younger and can add my own hearty recommendation to those. I pretty much gave up on fantasy until recently though as the sub-Tolkien/D&D market...

I must admit I imagined the Deva could push past the smaller troops. I'll have to rethink that, and the whole concept of significant numbers of bodyguards.

Just a quick response, but I'll send over the turn file.

First battle could have been a blocking problem, but the second battle the Deva had actually moved forward for a turn, getting pretty much...
