well, thx for the help i must have something wrong here, when i go to preferences there is only an audio and video preferences option and no mod preferences... when you did your clean install, did...

i have been playing with 2.02 cause i wasn't doing the MP thing but now I'm trying to patch and 2.16 doesn't make it moddable
I need patch 2.05- I think I need them all is there one comprehensive...

I had thought of barring the water races So I'll agree to that and if enough ppl sign up and feel they can submit faster i will agree to a mandatory faster pace.
