i agree emergency builds should be extreemly
negative..short term bonus but major loss
and not able to be used very long. its meant to be a short term help when absolutely necessary..not a way to...

for cruiser designs..most everyone uses basics..

with humans as compeditors..i would utilize
the engine busters a bit more..cripple some fo fleet.with oen of those babies on board

slow them...

the UCP ship set has a typo in it..need to be fixed...(it says "sh@t set" instead of Ship set)

Lets put it another way, people who use Email
spend much more time to finish games..almost rediculous to set up a game and play it for a year (patchs themselves will goof up games with so much time...

you will never be happy with any AI and it will always be beatable and never stand up to a human.

just pass me the TCP IP ..and you guys fiddle here and wait for neverending patches to make...

Well, i do hope they start getting to work on it soon..its very important..email is the dark ages. I want to be able to play this with my comrades..not fiddle with an AI..an AI is just a learning...

4 guys..medium galaxy..not to big..60-70 systems...

easy playable..saturday long days or couple hours during weekdays...a bLast...worth playing more than with silly AI's

i know im not alone in...

they are very powerful if you dont have enough pt. defense. and the hardcore missle lovers can turn a game very difficult for those who are not in like...

on subject of fighters..i make usually two classes.....Soviets and Red Guard..

add in all to hit bonus's but allways.i mean always keep full complement of fast engines.

i like Temporal..they dont look as snazzy as organics or crystaline..but its bonus is that
it gives shield buster tech on its main fireing weapons..decent/mid/long range, and par to above damage..is...

once we are playing TCPIP..human wise..

i find missles not so hot, other than early game against AI..when you are not fleet building heaviliy, I go for the +1 movement and Temperal knowledge. ...
