Yeah that's pretty much how I handled it but I wanted you to get a look at the file for yourself. I think the unit is a member of B Coy. which is assigned an assault mission. Have no idea why...

I'm playing Goose Green with AATF and a unit has some kind of crazy path thing going on. Here's a pick and save file. Not sure why or how.

Andy,

Here's the latest from my ongoing Linux experiments.

WinSPMBT runs perfectly well with exception of choppy sounds.
Requires Cedega (v5.03 tested) fullscreen 800x600 mode for smooth play....

Further testing shows I can get the same crappy sound with the stock mp3 files as with converted wav files.

I have things set to:
No Intro
GDI
Fullscreen
800x600

Sound on in game...

I just tried GDI mode and no progress but I think I need to go back and convert the mp3's to wav at 16 bit as I indicated before. I have a 24 bit batch I was exoerimenting with in the Sounds folder...

I'm not sure if Cedega supports DirectShow or not. Have to look into that. But no splash screen intro so maybe not.

I can get sound by converting mp3s to wav but I have to reduce bit depth to 16...

Also look at the Soviet Scout Team icon. Up at the top of map there's one looks suspiciously like a field...

I have the saves that demonstrate the bugs, wrong icon was what I presume was supposed to be a soviet SU-25 but had Tornado icon and was fired on by Soviets. I didn't assign any aircraft missions...

Bug Report!!

OK...backwards flying aircraft, incorrect aircraft icon, own side firing on own aircraft bugs have all appeared in latest turn. I have before and after turn files saved but I think they're too large...

Bug Report!!

Playing scenario 28, Schwarzer Herzog; Koenig****ter and I noticed the Soviets SU-25's are flying "*** end to", tail end first. Kind of spoils the effect.

I did samething, only I used SqB inf movement sound. I've been cleaning up a lot of the old clicking noise to from the original spmbt sounds. Now we have real sound file formats to work with, the sky...
