MA Ulm is overpowered at the moment. Sorry about that. It was hard to imagine I might actually make them overpowered - before 1.92, years of buffs by both Illwinter and CBM had still left Ulm as a very weak nation.

Nerfs to Ulm are a priority for the next release.
