Default Trouble with Chinese fortified houses

Howdy folks: I am play testing a scenario for one of my tournaments and I have noticed that my Nationalist China (1934) fortified houses (2 LMGs, 2 rifles) will only fire the first lmg (order in the game is lmg, rifle, rifle, lmg). I have been checking the ammo count and only the first lmg is going down with each shot. The targets are well within the 10 hex range but the other weapons will not fire.

1934? - MBT?? !

A reluctance to fire weapons in slots other than 1 (or to use the full range of MGs etc in slots other than 1) has been noted for fortifications before, and has always slipped down my to-do list. I'll try a debug scenario and have a look.

Is this related to op-fire, or deliberate AI fire?

Cheers
Andy

First off, I've moved this thread to WW2 where it belongs

I tried a few experiments and there does indeed appear to be a problem. We'll look into it.

Thanks

Fixed.

They will fire slot 2+ MG/rifle type weapons at 4-6 hexes or so at present, sometmes a bit further, depending on skill rolls etc.

Now, they will blaze away.

Cheers
