Startup crash....

Trying to start the game i get black horizontal lines on screen and the game crashes to desktop. Trying to run it again it crashes again to desktop displaying the message:

"Warning: Free the MPEG driver kernel fail!"

I run Win98SE and i have a Voodoo 3 3000 with latest DX 8.1 compliant drivers. I also set DirectSound to FALSE in the Settings.txt in case the problem was my SBLive but it didn't help. No tasks besides the Internat and Explorer are running in the background....

Any ideas???
