1) No - not to my knowledge.

2) One further place to look is here:

But yes - sadly it seems that nothing has been made for AATF

(yet?)

3) There are four Vietnam sceanrios; four Mogadishu sceanrios; four Afghanistan sceanrios.
Plus two sceanrios in the JRTC area. I dont remember if both or just one of them is included in the demo.
