Yes and no . . . They don't have additional built-in abilities (although those Mind Burn attacks HURT!!! Nothing sucks worse than having your mages feeble-minded!) but Astral magic features many, many new spells. Several are, in fact, enslavement and mental domination type spells. |

Mind BLast does area of effect stun(fatigue) damage.

And Mind BLast is remade. No splash. Prec 100. Range 50 or so. Paralyze one target.
Paralyze is a new thing. Different from fatigue. Either you are paralyzed or you are not. If you are you cannot move or defend.
