Default Dummy Mud Hex?

In Scenario #124, Pz Brigade 107 Raid, there seems to be a "false" mud hex right on a VH at the eastern end of the bridge (hex #31,38). The terrain info says it's mud when you mouse over it, but during the course of battle German units passed over without delay and none of the armor got stuck (it's the only way to get on the bridge unless risking shallow water either side). Obviously it's clear terrain.

No big deal, but some players might alter their strategy by treating it as sticky mud and keep their armor on the east side. (When I first saw it I was about to give up the battle as hopeless, but fortunately played it out.)

Actually it's kinda neat; if you can get enough guys over that bridge--the only viable way across the river--you might get a marginal. But I challenge anybody to win decisively. The allied defenses are versatile, deadly, and totally focused on that bridge...
