PROBLEM ....cannot load game

I have just loaded the game and clicked Play
I then get a picture (aircraft etc)
Screen goes blank then a message
SAL error 1pDD-SetDisplayMode()failed,code 80004001
I click ok
Message appears DirectDraw could not be initalised Error code 8004001 ok
Message appears Applications error location OX00000000
HELP !!

Game failed to load

Ok..ok..I lowered the Screen/Window size...seems ok now
