Default Problem with scenario #209 "Swift and bold"

I dont know why, but in this scenario, all British artillery spotters can call artillery in about 2.3 turns. For a scenario based in 2009, this is unrealistically slow. Can you look into this?

Open the scenario in the editor, and you can immediately see that the Battle Date for the scenario is set to 1949, not 2009 as it should be. Therefore observers will be using postwar call rates and not modern.

Quick fix : change date to proper year and save scenario.
