Thanks Andy. So far I've experienced the issue only in FS PBEMs. I'll let you know if I come across it it in a non-secure game.

Watch replay. I'm sending PM with password since it's an ongoing game. That's the only one I could find right now. I believe that's one instance of the issue, as I can't reload it to confirm.

Yes, my own troops. The last time it happened my opponent killed one of my snipers with an opfire attack during my turn; I got the notification but he didn't during his replay. The same has happened...

I've been noticing that the game doesn't notify anymore during replay when snipers are killed. I mean, I do get notified when they're killed during my turn, but not my opponent during replay and vice...

Thanks. What I meant is that if it only affects the crews of damaged vehicles? because the crews of destroyed vehicles and guns don't see their armament reduced.

If I assign a Mech Inf squad to a Desant PL, the Mech squad becomes PL. Is there a way to keep the Desant squad as PL?

Also, is it possible to extract maps from full secure PBEM games?

I'm having trouble assigning a new platoon leader with the W key during deployment in a generated battle. In the saved game attached (slot 004) I can assign P4 to O0, and it becomes O5 as intended....

He's using AVG antivirus. Does that ring any bell? He tried disabling it with no apparent effect.

I'm sending the proper files (.cmt & .dat) which work on my end. As I mentioned, his system is creating the .new file, and it's not allowing him to load the game.
