Max firing range first turn
Is there are way to change the firing ranges of units for the second player before the first turn of the offensive player starts when playing hotseat or PBEM games?

Downsize maps and game balance.
If I reduced the maps size of a scenario down to 20x30 does that effect the gameplay and balance of the scenario? What have you and other players experienced when doing this? The maps are too...
