I would like to change names of the environments in the empire setup. For example, I would like to rename "Methane" to "Helium" or "Ice" to "Aquatic" etc. Which files would I have to modify? Is it...

So if I (as a human player) don't use any ministers the AI files are completely ignored whether I chose "Use files from Race" or a "Minister Style"?
