Could you please list the exact sequence of "buttons" to push? This Bombardment part of the game is the weakest link in my understanding of the game.

Proper Bombardment Execution.
I've called up the "B" screen using the B Hotkey. I selected the Arty unit and selected HE and the target hex.
But when I use Shift 3 to check whether the hex is Targeted, I discover that it is...
