Weapon can have
#specialeffectalways <weapon>
The other weapon can be anything, from Trunk to Drain Life to Enslave Mind. I'm not sure of the actual command, but you CAN have a Slay Soul attack...

Some of the best ones I've seen done for any mod.

You might want to make the differences between normal and attack sprites a bit more visible, but they are very good even now.
