Alright, the strange inconsistencies in this game irritate me a bit. Although MA Agartha can't build PD or fortresses, if they capture one or get one some other means, they can recruit wet ones like...

I also tested EA Fomoria and LA Patala, since they have Amphibeous units, but no go, they dont get UD either.

MA Agartha and MA Shin cant build underwater PD, just checked. The whole point of this topic was to ask if there were any other nations like LA Jomon that have a surprise UD and units.

Does that mean MA Shinuyama has UD because they have Kappa? LA Jomon doesn't have any basic troops that can go underwater, but they have UW PD and unique troops. That doesn't seem to be a solid...

Well, thanks for that bit of obvious information, but that's not what I was asking, I was asking if there were any other LAND nations that have the ability to build underwater PD or units.

I'm a bit confused on which land nations can build Underwater defence and/or have special underwater units. Is this all or are there other nations that have underwater ability?

Undead that spread disease can give themselves disease. But, like what is said above, I don't think they suffer any effects from it.

MA Eriu gets Milesian spearmen. They are not too bad at all, not a unit I would normally build, but far better than militia and I was happy to get them.

LA Mictlan is a bit confusing with the underwater stuff. It would be nice to be able to at least recruit the unit that it uses for the underwater defence.
