You can keep auto-update running without installing that particular update. When it wants to install the new update go to custom install instead of the express install. Uncheck the box for that...

I went ahead and changed the tax rate to 28%. My happiness is still at 20.94 so that is plenty acceptable.

Ahhh, nothing like having a happiness rating of 24.92 with tax at 25%.

The best way is to use <a href="seiv.pbw.cc" target="_blank">PBW.</a>

Everything is automated.

It will even send the turn files to the player instead of simply notifying them.
