Mh was that maybe done because there are just very few small units that would than fit on the tanks?
Normally the infantry would simply have been spread of more tanks but in the game a complete unit...

Just tried scenario 330 Polish Armor at Piotrkow 9/39 and all the German vehicles seem to use desert icons.

Seems somehow unfair, especially if there are not enough VP to give a victory and you are forced to destroy the enemy but he simply runs away and pushed the game into a draw.

Does area fire use different sounds?

I just play a scenario and infantry units that use area fire have rifle fire that sounds like a MP.
Using direct fire it sounds normal.

OK now up to the Sturmpanzer IV Brummbär, a the unit 033 has a steel armor on the hull side of 4 were all others have 3, 3 seems correct unless the skirts should add something to the Steel armor too...

I scanned thru the Artillery Bombardment chapter and thru the tutorial but didn't see min. range mentioned, but I see that mortars seem to use the second range value indicating...

I found also that none of the German 2cm guns has any HE ammo, again I wonder if that is for a reason or just remnants of a too old scenario made under an older OOB that didn't have HE ammo...
