Patala is pretty much the ideal target for a missile nation. No access to air magic, no shield bigger than a buckler, and only troops with heavy armor worth recruiting are your cap only sacreds...

Umm, yes, as I said in the first post on the matter. The question is how 100 precision spells missing works. Cause under the precision formulas, there shouldn't be any deviation at possible ranges....

You can look through the mod file. The only changes to Hammer of the Forge Lord in CBM is making it harder and more expensive to forge, and hit harder in combat (as if that's ever going to happen)....

So's Stellar Cascades, so there's actually no difference there at all. The really big difference is paralyze is range 100 but Stellar Cascades is only range 30, so the latter can be dodged with good...
