v3 is more beautiful, but I use v4 as it is more readable on my monitor.
I use a 1920x1080, but 21.5" only, so I set DPI to 144 ('normal'+50%)

I tried reinstalling DirectX, but I already have the last.
When I Alt-Tab the game and come back to it, for 2 seconds the game is good, then it becomes blurry again.

Sorry for my not good English...

There are still 2 problems:
_ There was already a bug with the last patch, when displaying with resolution under desktop one in full screen (that's ok in a window). See attached picture.
_ Fonts...

Yes, in a future patch the display size option should be divided in two size options: One resolution for the battle screen (1028x1024 for me), and one for all the others (purchase, encyclopedia, etc;...

I'm happy for these patches, but I don't use them (I bought but don't play this good game):
I'm waiting for the patch correcting the resolution problem where the text screens are small 640x400...

I play the both 640x480 and 1280x1024.
640 to purchase troops (else I can't read), then I save and quit the game.
Then I relaunch the game in my native resolution to fight.
