In SEIII if you put more points than needed toward a research project, they would carry over to the next...

You may be better off with a Replicant Center, assuming you spend the resources on getting Organic technology to start the game with. As your population increases so do the bonuses, and they can add...

Will the new TCP/IP allow for turn based based games or just simultaneaous? Either way, it sounds like this will make it a lot easier to play.

Also, does this allow games to be played directly...

A level one "cloak" can be seen when any ship is in the system. This is basically like when you can't see what is in the system next to you unless you have a ship in it.

I really don't think Natural Merchants is that important. Without a space yard facility, you can build a space port in three turns. The 1000 racial points can be put to better use someplace else. ...
