Any agreement that lasts a fixed amount of time is dangerous since you don't know what the future brings. If the agreement is for a long time it's pretty much guaranteed it will begin to hurt one...

Don't agree to a NAP you can't live with down the road. Don't break a NAP without being prepared to be known as someone who breaks NAPs.
