SEIV PBEM

Where and how would someone get involved in one of these? I did not see anything in the manual mentioning how it worked, is set up or anything.

1. can you adjust the volume of the sound effects vs. CD music sound?

2. Is it true that the developer wrote the soundtrack as well? Amazing.

Normal AI behavior?

Is it normal for the AI opponents to cancel a trade or alliance for no reason at all? The previous turn their mood was nothing bad or 'cool'.

When I destroyed my enemy, I got their remaining planets. I noticed that those planets had resource generation facilities on them but no space ports. Does'nt that mean that those resources they...

I wiped out a neighboring enemy and had a massive influx of resources (minerals, radioactives, etc). My totals for the three are far more than what I can store. So, my next turn they surplus is...

Although I am fairly certain what the responses will be, I was curious if people preferred strategic or tactical when involved in a space battle.
