Sorry, my mistake. You can change all that too. Go back to the main menu and then select controls. You can customize the hot keys to whatever you want.

So a vaule of 1 gives 101% increase = 40,200Kt. It looks like the formula adds the value to 100% to get the increase. I think I'll try -80 and see what happens.

I'm pretty sure this is a well known bug. In fact the problem get's worse as the size of the fleet goes up.

I will let Captain Kwok answer in detail but his mod does change RacialTraits.txtx so taht is likely the problem. I would also assume that Races between the two will not be compatable

This racial trait is part of the stock game, but only increases the storage space for Cargo and not maximum population or facilities. The above references my attempt to mod the facility space...

"Cargo Space Percent" is found in data/RacialTraits.txt. Can "Storage Facility Space Percent" be added as a second ability to the racial trait just by cloning ability one and changing it...
