Wiki no longer anonymous

As per order of the council, all posters to the wiki who do not identify themselves (or at least obtain a marginally clever pseudonym) will be summarily eaten.

- Apep, who longs for some good red...

Re: Turn 12

On the subject of anonymous posts: as wiki-keeper, I can trivially set it so that only registered people may post. I have never considered this necessary in the Yarnspinners 2 wiki, because it's...

Re: Belated Turn 33 Yarn for Man

I second that. It's a busy week coming up for me too, and I need a little more time to work on my next yarn(s)...

Re: halfway

True, true, I suspected you wouldn't be silly enough to divide your big army just enough so that it would be unlikely to succeed. Still, you were the one who marched it right next to my capitol last...

Re: halfway

As a counterpoint I would like to offer your nastiness as Cthulu in the original Yarnspinners. Perhaps next game (Yarnspinners 3, anyone?) you should play a fuzzy-kittens-and-flowers kind of race....

Re: Truper\'s Revenge - #Dominions - Shahrivar_rev

Ugh, yeah, sorry, between being sick and travelling I just have not been keeping up with the end game. I'll go turn myself AI and let y'all duke it out if you so desire...

Re: Truper\'s Revenge - #Dominions - Shahrivar_rev

Heh, totally forgot about actually playing my turn as opposed to just talking about it, hence the stale... I also regret that my attacks were almost uniformly luckless...

Re: Truper\'s Revenge - #Dominions - Shahrivar_rev

I can take or leave this game right about now, being a bit busy these days and also realizing Vanheim is regrettably well poised. Can't seem to get supercombatants to last more than a few turns of...

Re: halfway

I agree with Djo.

If we can try not to have any more rollbacks / confusion over correct turn files, maybe the game won't get fatally corrupted. So far it seems the weirdest things we've seen are...

Re: halfway

I would also like to add that, as much as it has been a pain sometimes to have to replay turns, I would far rather the game not run into fatal errors and die horribly. I don't mind if the oddness...

Re: Caelum available

Djo, I got a turn one with my god in it, if that's what you mean. Panther sent it separately. I think he should add a subject line like "CoW turn x" if it's not too much trouble.

And yes, it's not...

Re: Caelum available

Alneyan:

I've taken to always setting passwords, so we should be good. I just sent you my pretender also, though at this point I fear we may have to wait until tomorrow for you to start things...

Re: Caelum available

I am Apep of Mictlan. I've sent Panther my pretender, so hopefully he will be able to start the game up soon.

Re: Caelum available

Okay, you win, twist my arm... er, necks?

Mictlan's fine with me if you want to keep Caelum, Zooko

(If I am Mictlan, I'd like to redesign to be a wyrm this time...)

Re: Something\'s Wrong

Hey Quantum,

Well, gosh, I'm sorry to see you go, and not just because of the unpleasant AI-land-grab free-for-all that will result. Are you going AI this turn? Will you at least write a farewell...

Re: Something\'s Wrong

Hmm, something sounds very weird. Perhaps Quantum's old turn was used, and that's what's causing the wierdness?

PashaDawg, I discovered that I have a new commander called Kaspar the City Guard....

Re: Modified Turn 29

Wait, how did you stale? I myself definitely experience some commanded moves from your troops, and so have other people I've talked to. Was a wrong version of your turn 30 used, perhaps?

Re: The Council of Wyrms

Esteemed Councillors,

I have set up a new wiki for the Council of Wyrms. There is nothing on it right now, so perhaps wiki-savvy wyrms like Djo should come up with clever ideas on how to organize...

Re: The Council of Wyrms

Hrm, this looks like an interesting game... however, I really don't have time to play a third long-term dominions game. Really. Quite too busy. Way, way too busy to even consider it. (I'll think...

Re: PBEM Game: Yarnspinners 2

I guess my question is this. I launched a sneak attack on Pythium in the old turn 29 with a tiny force, and if he just raised his province defense a few ticks he could have defeated it. Similiarly...

Re: PBEM Game: Yarnspinners 2

Re: Truper\'s Revenge - #Dominions - Shahrivar_rev

Re: PBEM Game: Yarnspinners 2

Panther,

Thanks for letting us know. I'm okay with the pause... if nothing else, Quantum seems to be using his idle time to good effect http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/happy.gif

Re: PBEM Game: Yarnspinners 2

Quantum,

Nice yarns. Is Pythium perchance in need of another 10 astral pearls? Seriously though, they were fun to read. You've had the library in Barra for a long time now, haven't you? It would...
