I'm trying to figure out what spell it is. Since your casters are only 2N1A or 3N and one with 2A2S it makes me curious. I'm guessing it'd be Wind Guide for the sorcerer. Maybe Growing Fury?...

You DO know that the provinces that have little anchor symbols on them let you move across water to the other provinces with anchors on them right?
